The best way to prepare for a job interview in Spain is to research the company's website or reference books. Job requirements should be carefully reviewed to ensure that all the important issues can be addressed in the interview. The language for business in nearly the entire country of Spain is Castilian Spanish, except in the south. Interpreters are available, but it is preferable to have a basic knowledge of Spanish to do business in Spain because the second most common language is French, not English.
